Feeling ever so delighted this morning to be able to sit back and listen to Australia's The Cannanes, and the brand new preview to their single "Bumper" from their forthcoming EP, "Small Batch". Small Batch is set to be released by the duo via independent collaborator, artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Stephen Hermann, and recording studio especiale in New York city named Explosion Robinson, whom you may or may not recognize from the group's "Trouble Seemed So Far Away" LP and previous EPs. The operation is also being supported by the group's Australia label Lamingtone Records. There is really no sense in going further because once you hear the song you will want to read more about The Cannanes and their terrific history yourself....It's so wonderful to see/hear that they will be releasing something new!
