If you enjoy groups like The Stars, or New Pornographers with Neko Case at the helm, then you're bound to love The Secret History who are the featured act to play live tonight as part of England Belongs to Twee at Kung-Fu Necktie (Philadelphia). The band, who are based out of Brooklyn (former members of beloved-My Favorite), play a pastiche of organ-fumed pop with short bursts of powered sugar-tunes that will surely make the most depressed person tap a toe or two. We're not planning to miss this lovely group; they are sure to pack the place with a sunshine sound that will lighten up even the lush red velvet curtains and dark wood floors of Kung-Fu Necktie this evening. Tickets are a mere $5 shackles, so there are no excuses not to put on your best dancing shoes to hit the dance floor at one of Philadelphia's best parties in town this Saturday night!
