Jukebox the Ghost at Johnny Brenda's supporting Roomtone

Roomtone played an inspired 7-strong ensemble set this past Friday at Johnny Brenda's, led by talented lead composer Alex Yaker. The group was supported by piano-driven power trio Jukebox the Ghost, and followed by The Future Tips at Johnny Brenda's for Roomtone's CD release party in celebration of their latest album Hits & Mrs. The band was cheered on heartily via crowd participation for one of their very last songs when Yaker unexpectedly began passing out egg shakers to various members of the audience who were more than happy to get involved in the noise-making that was set to the warm tones of guitars and the rhythm of cool Brazilian beats.
