One of GAT's favorite door-guy's to catch up with from around town is Greg from JB's who is also in the London/Philadelphia-based group, Iron. Tonight at The Tritone, for New Year's Eve, the band will be accompanied by DJs Hunk Papa from Brixton/London and young and entrepreneurial-minded local owner of Cue Records' Adam Porter will DJ, spinning records as Botany 500 - dropping mostly soul 45s, reggae and funk. Philadelphia's Iron are set to headline the night and should bring down the house with their own catchy brand of dub-soul-funk-reggae, and sound amazing while doing so - they also manage to throw slight eastern-influenced flavors into the mix as well, so be prepared for a great evening featuring several genres.
